The last thing I have to share from our trip to Escondido: Hiking to Potato Chip Rock. Man, I love hiking! It would be so awesome to live in a place with this kind of stuff available and readily accessible. Houston has some "hikes," but it's just not the same as an actual hike.
It was all drizzly/rainy and pretty chilly the morning we hiked up to potato chip rock. We could have stood in line to get a picture on the rock, but it was windy up there and we were wet and cold so we settled for a picture in front and were just as happy!
Super cool and fun hike!
