Dave got to come to San Diego/Escondido too! It was fun to have him there. Of course.
We went to the Mormon Battalion Historic Site. It was really cool! The sister missionaries took us through a groovy interactive tour and it was great for Miles. Speaking of Miles (Weaver), we looked him up on their database of soldiers and showed Miles (Lawson). That was fun. Since, Miles got his name from an ancestor that was in the Mormon Battalion, it was great to take him there.
Then we met my parents at the San Diego temple:
If you can't tell, Miles really loves my mom.
