Thanks for being the best little boy ever, Miles. Even though I wanted to throw up in my mouth when I saw a 2 second clip of myself in labor with you, I'm so glad I went through all that now that I get to enjoy you every day and have an excuse to stay home and play all day and eat bon bons. You make my life GREAT! Now, no more of that awful screaming you've started doing, stinker. I love you to bits and pieces, little boy. And just because your dad calls you "fart face" doesn't mean you are one. Remember that. Love, Mom.

4th in CO and then some

We spent the 4th with Dave's WHOLE family in CO. It was tubular. Here are some pictures:

All dressed up for mountain air fireworks. It was a little chilly for Miles, so we wrapped him in 100 layers of clothes, gloves and a hat.

And then he miraculously fell asleep through super loud fireworks going off right over our heads. It was a great show! Top 5 I've ever seen, maybe better.

Back in Denver we hit up a Rockies game. They won, Miles loved it, and so did we.

Aren't Husbands the Best?

Dave makes me laugh every day. He's quite the comedian. Seriously, I'm not being sarcastic. He recently got some fancy thing for our computer and the box/es it came in was driving me crazy floating around our apartment. The computer desk to the couch, to the floor, to the chair, etc. He sweetly and kindly obeyed after I asked him to either get rid of it or put it away. We don't use this telephone booth shower, so why not, right? Oh Dave. You are so funny.

Mmm mmm. Buy one get one free always makes for a yummy treat.

Miles thought so too. Once he started sucking from the straw he just laid his sweet little noggin on my chest and would NOT let go until Dave plugged his nose. What a trick.
