My parents came out to Houston for a visit a few weeks ago. It was great to have them. We ate out and swam and shopped for food storage and emergency preparedness stuff. And made a quick trip to San Antonio. My parents have a... tradition (?) of going to a temple they haven't been to before anytime they have an opportunity. A three and a half hour drive from Houston was that opportunity. We found a babysitter for Miles (in San Antonio) and all went together. It was lovely.
The San Antonio temple is beautiful. The stained glass is INSANE. So pretty. Breathtaking, really.
