Dave likes to run. His all time favorite spot: Red Rocks in Denver. All them stairs. Makes me want to barf.

...and promptly asking, "da doe?" Translation: Where did it go?
Dave had a good run, Miles and I had a good walk, and it was a nice sunset. A+.

Maybe running is a Colorado thing. My husband's fam is from CO and they all like that long distance crap. It's nauseating to think about.
